The guarantee and guarantee period is based on our general conditions. The general conditions state that Dstrezzed guarantees that the products are in conformity with the Agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and with the existing statutory provisions and/or government regulations that are in force from the date of entering into the Agreement. The guarantee period starts from the date of purchase.

Every complaint will be checked thoroughly, but the following faults will not be seen as complaints/defects:

• Normal wear and tear of an item, • Wear and tear caused by not following the (washing)instructions and • Damage due to other influences, like chemicals, sharp objects, etc.

We will also not reimburse any complaints about late deliveries or returns.
