Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange an item up to 30 days after you have received your order.
Please note that the item has to be returned unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.
If you choose to exchange an item, we will send the article to you in your preferred size instead of giving you a refund.
The return or exchange costs are €4,95. per created return.
Please note: returns from France and Hungary are shipped via DPD. When registering your return, you must select the parcel size.
For medium and large parcels, an additional fee applies on top of the base rate. A medium parcel is subject to an extra charge of €0.50 per return. For a large parcel, such as a moving box, a surcharge of €1.99 will be added to the base rate.
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Our apologies! Please e-mail us at webshop@dstrezzed.com and attach photos of the item. Our Customer Support will help you out from there. :)
How to return or exchange your order
1. Register your return
Select the article(s) you want to return or exchange by clicking the button below. After completing all steps, you will receive a return label that you can print out.
2. Pack & send back the article(s)
Pack the article(s) you want to return, stick the return label on the outside of the package (don't forget to remove the old shipping label), and bring the package to a post office. Don't forget to get a proof of postage receipt.
3. Receive your refund
As soon as we have received the returned item in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. In case you chose to exchange your article, you won't receive a refund.
