You can easily return or exchange your order via dstrezzed.returnista.com. For more information on how to return or exchange an item, please read our return policy.

Please note that items will only be refunded when returned in original condition, including price tags and seal-bags.

Orders purchased in store can only be returned in store.

The costs of returning or exchanging an item are €4,95 per created return for customers from all countries.

Please note: returns from France and Hungary are shipped via DPD. When registering your return, you must select the parcel size.

For medium and large parcels, an additional fee applies on top of the base rate. A medium parcel is subject to an extra charge of €0.50 per return. For a large parcel, such as a moving box, a surcharge of €1.99 will be added to the base rate.

As soon as we have received the returned item in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Please note that items will only be refunded when returned in original condition, including price tags and seal-bags.

If you chose to exchange your item instead of return it for a refund, you also won't receive a refund.
