Shipping costs are free above €150 for all countries we ship to.

For NL/BE/DE, delivery takes 1-2 working days. For most other countries, delivery takes 3-5 working days.
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not deliver to any pick up points.
As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us with a link to track your order online.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before any tracking information is visible.
If we haven’t already shipped your order, it is possible to cancel your order. Please call our customer service as soon as possible: +31 (0)85 13 06 71 (available on weekdays from 09:00 - 17:00).
If your order has been shipped already, it is not possible for us to cancel it anymore. In that case, you can return your order. Read more about returning your order here.
