We rolled out of Yulef and Yassine’s place straight into their daily rhythm. No plan, just the city and a couple of locals showing us how they move through it. We grab fresh baguettes from the boulangerie on the corner, still warm, before settling into a café where time doesn’t matter and one espresso always turns into two.
