During the processing of personal data Dstrezzed Webshop B.V. works conform to the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). This means we:

  • Limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data needed for legitimate purposes;

Registration

Certain features of our services require you to register beforehand. You will have to provide some information (explained below) about yourself and choose a username and password for the account that we will set up for you. For this purpose, we may process the following information about you:

  • Gender;

information until you close your account.

Sending newsletters

It is possible to sign up for the newsletter in a Magasin Dstrezzed Store. For this purpose, we may process the following information about you:

  • Adress;
  • E-mail address;
  • Date of birth;
  • Gender.


We process this information on the basis of your permission. We store this information until you cancel the subscription. You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

Handling your order

We will use your personal data when handling your order. For this purpose, we process the following information about you:

  • Name;
  • (Invoice) adress;
  • E-mail address;
  • Phone number;
  • Payment details.


We process this information on the basis of your consent. We store this information until your order has been completed. Certain types of personal data will be retained for a longer period with regards to legal tax retention (the legal retention period). For the purpose of handling your order, we may transfer your personal data to other entities within the Dstrezzed group.

Third parties

We work with third parties who may need to have access to your personal data to provide us with services or to help us improve our webshop. We will not sell, rent, lease, or provide your data to third parties allowing them to use your personal data for their own purposes. We use third party service providers for website hosting (Marveltest), for payment processing and for parcel delivery services.


Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We use Klarna for payment options. In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. Except for the parties mentioned above, we do not under any circumstance provide your personal data to other companies or organizations, unless we are required to do so by law (for example, when the police demand access to personal data in case of a suspected
crime).

Social media buttons

Our website features social media buttons. These social media buttons only provide the links to the corresponding providers. No data is transmitted to these providers unless you click these buttons. Clicking these buttons takes you to the website of the corresponding provider. Depending on whether or not you were logged on at the corresponding providers at the time of clicking the respective button, your data will be processed in accordance with the data use policies of these
