A new return process
We are always looking for ways to improve our products and services, which is why we have partnered up with Returnista, a leading returns management company. This collaboration allows us to optimize our returns process and offer you new benefits as well.
Here’s what’s changing from Friday December 1st:
We’ve all been there: you love the article you ordered, but you need a different size... From next week on, you will be able to exchange an article for a different size! You return the wrong size to us, we send the correct size to you.
With this new feature, we aim to encourage conscious purchasing. Instead of buying an article in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them, which can be environmentally unfriendly, only buy the size that is most likely to fit you.
For a very long time, we offered free returns for most countries we ship to. Even though this is a great benefit for our customers, we realize that this does not align with our aim to encourage conscious purchasing. Aside from that, processing returns comes with a lot of expenses, including transport back to our warehouse, quality checks, repacking, and restocking. Because of these reasons, we are going to implement return costs of € 2,50 per return from next week on.
We understand that change may require some adaptation, but we believe these updates will ultimately enhance your shopping experience with us. It provides you the opportunity to easily get the right size and avoid unnecessary returns.
