Is my shipment sent for free?

For the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany orders are always shipped free of charge.

For Austria and France: orders over € 100 are shipped free of charge.

For all other countries: orders over € 300 are shipped free of charge.

What are the payment options?

We support all well-known payment methods.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service directly. If we have not yet given your order to the carrier, we can cancel your order and we will refund the money as soon as possible.

If the carrier has already collected your package from us, you must return the item within 30 days upon receipt. As soon as we have received the item back in our warehouse, we will pay the refund directly.

Product or size is no longer available

Unfortunately, not all articles and/or all sizes are replenished. For technical reasons our customer service cannot see when an article will be back in stock.

I did not receive a confirmation

If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, it might be possible that the e-mail is stopped by the spam filter. If you can’t find the e-mail, please contact our customer service at webshop@dstrezzed.com.

I have received an article that I did not order

If you have received an item that you did not order, we apologize. If this is the case, we kindly ask you to return the item to our warehouse. On the return form, you can fill in that you received the wrong article. We will refund you the amount paid, once the return item has been received by us.

If you still would like to receive the right item, we would like to ask you to place a new order.

What’s the cost of return shipping?

If you are from the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria or France? Then you have the right to return free of charge.

If you are from another country, you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

I want to change my password

It is possible to change the password of your Dstrezzed account. Please log in and click on your account, which will take you to your account overview. After this, please click on 'change account'. Here you have the possibility to change your password.

I want to add or delete an address

Do you want to add an address or make an address changes within your account? This is possible. Please log in and click on your account, which will take you to your account overview. After this please click on 'address book', here you will find an overview of your addresses. You can add a new address or delete an existing address by clicking on the trash can.

Subscribe to our newsletter

There are two ways to sign up for our newsletter. The first option is: enter your details at the footer of the webshop. Or log in and click on your account, which will take you to your account overview. After this please click on 'change account', here you can select whether you want to receive the newsletter. You can only register once for our newsletter with the same e-mail address.

How do I unsubscribe me from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe yourself from our newsletter via the link in the newsletter (at the very bottom).

Important: We advise you not to label the Dstrezzed newsletter as spam in your e-mail system. If you do this, it is possible that you will no longer receive other e-mails from us, such as order confirmations.

My orders

If you would like to see an overview of your orders, please log in to your account. Click on your account, which will take you to your account overview. After this please click on 'my orders'. Here you will see an overview of all your orders.

My returns

If you would like to see an overview of your returns, please log in to your account. Click on your account, which will take you to your account overview. After this please click on 'my returns'. Here you will see an overview of all your returns.

Remove my account

If you want to delete your account, you can request this via our customer service webshop@dstrezzed.com. We would like to receive an e-mail in which you give us your account information. This is the only way we can remove your Dstrezzed account from our system.

Redeem your discount code

You can enter a discount code in your 'shopping basket', here you see: 'enter your discount code' to fill it in.

After filling in the discount code, a message will appear that the discount code has been successfully processed or it will show you that the discount coupon is not valid. If the discount code is processed, the discount amount will be settled with the total price. The discount amount is also shown separately.

Redeem a gift voucher

We currently do not have gift vouchers that can be redeemed in our webshop.

I forgot my discount code with my order

It is possible that you forgot to fill in your discount code within the payment process. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible to use a gift voucher after the order has been placed. Also, our customer service can not help you with this matter. You can, of course, use the discount code with your next order.

What is the delivery time?

Together with our carrier, we want to deliver the package to you as soon as possible. Often packages are delivered within the following terms:

  • Orders within the Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Orders to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Other EU countries: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Other countries: 5 to 10 business days.

What are the return conditions?

Are you not satisfied with your purchase or would you like to return something because it does not fit? This is possible! With every order, you will find a return form with return instructions.

Please note that if the returned item has decreased in value, for reasons other than to carefully determine whether the item fits, for instance when the item has been worn, then you are liable for such decrease in value.

Fashion
After you have received the order, you have 30 days to return it to us. When you return a fashion item please make sure that:
-The items are not worn and undamaged 
-You return the product in its original condition and in the right packaging
-The labels still need to be attached.

Home products & perfume
If for whatever reason you are not happy with the home products or perfume you've ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 30 calendar days after the product is delivered, without giving us any reason, as long as:
-The products are unopened and not used in any way.
-The product is complete and you return in or together with the original packaging, foils etc..
-The product is not tampered with or otherwise changed.

Shoes
If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please try them on standing on a carpeted surface to protect the soles and keep the Blackstone tags attached. In case you are not entirely satisfied, please return your purchase within 30 calendar days. 
-Including all accessories, in the original outer packaging. 
-Returned items should have their tags still attached.

Underwear
In case you are not entirely satisfied with the underwear, please return your purchase within 30 calendar days. Please make sure that: 
-The item is not worn and undamaged 
-In the original outer packaging.
Note: We cannot accept any returns for inner/underwear which are not in their original packaging due to hygiene reasons.

We cannot accept your return if it does not meet the above-mentioned conditions. If you return an item that does not meet this requirement, without a valid reason, we will contact you about the situation.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been received by DPD in the depot, you will receive a link from DPD by e-mail to follow your package.

If you have not received this e-mail, it might be possible that the e-mail is stopped by the spam filter. If you can’t find the e-mail, please contact our customer service at webshop@dstrezzed.com.

How do I return an item?

NL, BE, LUX, DE, AT, FR: on the supplied return form you can fill in the items that you want to return. Please put this form, together with the articles in the box and use the return label to send back your items. Creating a return label can be done via the following link: submit your return here. Here you can choose at which pick-up point you want to deliver the parcel for shipment.

Other countries: In order to ensure that the package reaches us safely, you are advised to use a service that gives you a tracking number so that the package can be traced at any time. It is your own responsibility that the package reaches us safely. Please note that the return costs are for you as a customer and are non-refundable.

For all returns: Don’t forget to keep the return receipt from the courier until your refund has been processed. 

Is it possible to deliver abroad?

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

 

I’m not able to submit my return online

It is possible that a return registration does not work online. If this is the case, please e-mail webshop@dstrezzed.com.

I have entered the wrong address.

Did you enter a wrong address during the checkout process, do not worry! In this case, you can contact DPD. Please note: DPD will ask for your track and trace code. 

The refund

After we have checked and approved the returned item, we will refund the money using the same payment method as you ordered the item. Return shipments are processed daily, the refund process will be completed within two weeks after receiving your return parcel. 

I have a complaint

We always try to provide the best possible service, deliver articles with the best quality and keep our website up-to-date. In the unfortunate case that you are not 100% satisfied, you can contact our customer service. We will do our best to deal with your complaint immediately. Complaints can be mailed to webshop@dstrezzed.com.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange orders or to request a replacement item via the return form. Due to technical reasons, our customer service is not able to replace, settle or place a new order for you.

An item can be exchanged by returning the item and placing a new order. We advise you to place the desired order as soon as possible since stock sometimes runs low. Items that you place in your shopping cart or on your wish list are not reserved. You’ll have to pay in advance again for the new order and as soon as we have received the return item, in the correct condition, we will refund the money using the same payment method with which you’ve ordered the item.

Can I return items from different orders in one box?

You can return items from multiple orders in one box. Nevertheless, you must include all return forms of the various orders in the box and register your return shipment online.
