How do I place an order on the Dstrezzed Webshop?

Step 1: Choose the item(s) you like
Step 2: Place the item(s) in your shopping basket in the right color and size
Step 3: Log into your account, make a new account or make an order as a guest
Step 4: Would you like to keep up with the latest news and promotions? Sign up for our newsletter
Step 5: Choose how you would like to have your order delivered: at home, at a different address, as an evening delivery (available for The Netherlands and Belgium) or pick up the parcel yourself at a DHL Service point
Step 6: Choose which payment method you would like to use: iDeal, CreditCard, Pay-Pal, Bancontact, Sofort Banking, Belfius, Apple Pay or Klarna.
Step 7: If you have a personal discount code, do not forget to use the code in your checkout. This is possible from step 2 to step 7
Step 8: Check all your personal details, agree with the general conditions and choose ‘Complete Order’. You are now automatically being redirected to the payment page of the provider you have chosen.
Step 9: You will receive an order confirmation per e-mail. We shall pack and send your order as soon as possible
Step 10: When we hand in your parcel to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation per e-mail with track and trace code

A product or size is no longer available. What can I do now?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your preferred size or color is no longer in stock. We cannot see when we will receive products back in stock. However, we can see which products are similar, so we can easily make recommendations or suggestions. So should you have any questions about our stock, do not hesitate to contact us via our mail webshop@dstrezzed.com. We shall see what we can do for you and figure out the best solution possible. 

What happens after I have placed my order?

When we have received your order and payment, we shall do our best to pack your parcel as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation via mail. When your parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed to our carrier DHL, you will receive a mail with a track and trace code. If anything goes wrong while ordering your item(s), please contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by DHL at the address you have filled in during your check out. It is also possible to get your parcel delivered to a DHL Service point or Mailbox. When your parcel is handed over to our courier DHL, you will receive a track and trace code, with which you can follow your parcel during the shipment process. 

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes, this is possible. When DHL receives your parcel, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam/junk mail. If the e-mail is not in here as well, please contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com or contact DHL. 

What if I am not at home when DHL wants to deliver my package?

When you are not at home at the moment of delivery, DHL will try to redeliver the package the next day. You will receive an e-mail when there has been an unsuccessful delivery. In this e-mail you can make a new appointment or change the delivery address. 

Why have I not received an order confirmation per mail?

Please check your spam/junk mail to be sure you have not received the confirmation mail of your order. It might be possible that it ended up in this inbox. If not, please contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com

Is my order being send for free?

Delivery is free for all orders placed within the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Germany.

 

For orders placed within Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and The United Kingdom delivery is free when you have ordered above €100,-.

 

For the option ‘Evening Delivery’ no extra costs will be charged. (This delivery option is only available for The Netherlands and Belgium)

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Canceling your order is possible, but only until the moment, you receive your shipping confirmation. Once you have received the e-mail of your shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel your order, because the package is already handed over to DHL. If you wish to cancel your parcel, please contact our customer service as soon as possible: webshop@dstrezzed.com.

 

If in the case the order is already on its way, you have the option to send the parcel back to us. You have 30 days to do so. This service is free for customers coming from The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France.

 

If you are from one of the following countries: Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or the United Kingdom it is your own responsibility that the parcel will reach our warehouse. The shipping costs are your responsibility as well. When we have received your return, we will refund the money as soon as possible, through the same way as which you have placed the order in the first place. If you return the entire order the delivery costs will be refunded as well.

What are the delivery methods of Dstrezzed?

We offer the following delivery methods:

• DHL delivery at home
• DHL evening delivery (only in The Netherlands and Belgium)
• Pick-up your order at a DHL Service point within 7 days
• Pick-up your delivery at a DHL Mailbox


You can choose one of these options during check-out.

 

Can I choose at which time I would like to have my order delivered?

Yes, during the check-out you can choose the delivery time of your order. You can choose between delivery during the day, or evening delivery. (This option is only available for The Netherlands and Belgium)

Is it possible to have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, this is possible. During check-out, you can choose for ‘have my order delivered at a different address’. If the parcel is already on its way to you, you can change the preferred address by clicking on the link in the e-mail you have received from DHL. 

How do I use my discount code / newsletter code?

During check-out, you can process the discount code by placing the code in the box that says: ‘fill in your discount code’. The discount will automatically be settled with your order. If you are having any difficulties with processing the discount code, please contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com. As soon as you have placed your order, and you did not fill in your discount code, we cannot help you anymore. We cannot settle the discount code afterward.

 

I have forgotten to use my discount code on my order, what should I do now?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle the discount code after you have processed your order. You can use the discount code on your next order. 

I have entered a wrong address. What should I do now?

As long as you have not received the shipping confirmation, we can change your preferred address. Please, contact us as soon as possible through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com. If your parcel has already left our warehouse, you have received an e-mail from DHL with a track and trace code. In this e-mail there are instructions about how you can change the address.

 
If you have placed your order using Klarna, it is not possible to change your address or cancel your order. Klarna checks the order and payments based on the personal details given. In this case you need to place a new order and we can cancel your current order, as long as it has not left our warehouse yet.

What are the payment methods?

• iDeal
With iDeal, you can order quick, easy and safe using all well-known banks within The Netherlands.

 

• Creditcard
At Dstrezzed we also have the option to pay your order with CreditCard. VISA, as well as MasterCard, are being accepted. Of course, your data will be protected. Your data is being encrypted through the SSL-methods, which is always safe. During the payment process, you will be asked for your CVC code. This is a 3 digit code, which you can find on the back of your CreditCard.

 

• Pay-Pal

If you would like to pay with Pay-Pal, you will be directed to the payment page of Pay-Pal right after placing your order. Here you can log into your Pay-Pal account and confirm the payment, or make a new account.

 

• Klarna Pay Later (+0,95)

Klarna offers the option to Pay Later. If you are satisfied with your items, you can pay the invoice 14 days after you have received your order. During the check-out, Klarna will do a credit check. The outcome will decide whether and for which amount you can order at our webshop. For questions about this payment option, please contact Klarna. This option is available for The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Finland.

 

• Apple Pay
Our system automatically detects whether you are ordering from an Apple device. Only when this is the case, you will have Apple Pay as a payment method. After selecting Apple Pay as a payment method, you can pay your order with Touch ID or Face ID. So, do you have the Wallet app? And does this app contain your bank card details? Then you are ready to use Apple Pay as a payment during the checkout on our webshop.

 

After the payment, you will receive an order confirmation via mail. If you have not received this confirmation, please check your spam/junk mail. If the confirmation is not in this inbox as well, please contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com.

How long will it take to receive my refund on my return order?

After we have received your return, we will check the items. After approval, we will refund the money as soon as possible. This process will take 14 working days at max.

How can I return an item?

If you have received an item which does not meet your wishes, you have 30 days to return your item.

 

• The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Austria

When you order from one of the above-mentioned countries, you can return your order for free. In the box of your order you have received a return form and a return label. On the return form you will also find information about how to return your order. Fill in the information on the return form and let us know why you wish to return an item.

 

Stick the return label on the box. Remove the old labels. Bring your parcel to a DHL Service point. Check the following website to see which DHL Service points are near you: https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/dhl-servicepoints.

 

Always keep the track and trace code, until you have heard something from us. We will let you know whether your return is being accepted or declined. You are responsible for making sure that your parcel reaches our warehouse. As soon as we have received your return, we will inspect the items in our warehouse. After approval, we will refund your money as soon as possible, through the same way as you have paid your order. This process will take 14 days at max.

 

• France

If you wish to return an item from France, you can visit the following link: https://nl.dstrezzed.com/retour-aanmelden-met-dpd. In this Return Portal from DPD, you can fill in your personal details. You will receive your return label in PDF-file. Print the return label and stick it on top of the box. We kindly ask you to remove any old labels. The return form will show information about how to return your order as well. Fill in the return form and please let us know why you wish to return an item. We would like to receive the filled-in return form and the packing slip in the return box. On the return label, you will find the nearest DPD ParcelShop. If you wish a different one, you can look them up online.

 

We advise you to always keep the track and trace code until you have heard more from us. We will let you know whether your return is being accepted or rejected. You are responsible for making sure that your parcel reaches our warehouse. As soon as we have received your return, we will inspect the items in our warehouse. After approval, we will refund your money as soon as possible, through the same way as you have paid your order. This process will take 14 days at max.

 

• Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and The United Kingdom

When you have ordered from one of the above-mentioned countries, you are responsible for the return of your order. You can choose the carrier of your own choosing. You are responsible for the return costs as well. These are non-refundable. We advise you to choose a reliable carrier that offers you a track and trace code. Always keep this code with you until you have heard something from us. We will let you know whether we accept or decline your return order. It is your responsibility that the parcel will reach our warehouse.

 

After we have received your return, we will inspect your refund in our warehouse. After approval, we will refund the money as soon as possible, in the same way as you have made your initial order. If you return your entire order we will refund the delivery costs as well. This process will take 14 days at max.

What are the return conditions?

You can see whether an item meets your needs easily at home. After receiving your order you have 30 days to see whether you like an item or whether you would like to return it. However, there are some conditions to returning an item:

 

Fashion items 
• The item(s) may not be worn and needs to be undamaged,
• Undamaged means that the article needs to be clean, contains no stains and shows no damage,
• All Blackstone Tags need to be attached,
• The item(s) need to be returned in the original state and in the original package
• All the labels need to be attached to the item(s)

 

Home Products & Perfume
• The product(s) needs to be unopened and unused 
• The product(s) needs to be in the original state and not be adjusted in any way whatsoever

 

Shoes
• Try to protect the soles as much as possible, by fitting the shoes on a soft service (carpet),
• All accessories need to be returned, as well as the original (outside) package and dust bags and
• All the tags need to be attached to the item(s)

 

Underwear
• The item(s) may not be worn and needs to be undamaged,
• The item(s) needs to be in its original package and
• Important: due to hygienic reasons we do not accept any underwear that is not returned in its original package

 

We accept no returns that do not comply with any of the above-mentioned conditions. If your return does not meet the conditions, without any reason mentioned beforehand, we will contact you about the situation. In this case, we are forced to resend your order and we will not refund your money.

I have received an item that I have not ordered. What can I do now?

Our apologies for any inconvenience. If it is the unfortunate case that you have received a product you have not ordered, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com.

 

You can return this item(s) and fill in the return form that is handed to you together with your order. Let us know on this form that you have received an item that you have not ordered. As soon as we have received the return at our warehouse, we will check the return and refund the money as soon as possible in the same way as you have placed the initial order. Meanwhile, you can order the item you wanted. Unfortunately, it is not possible to swap an item. The delivery and return costs will be refunded.

What are the return costs?

• The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France
If you want to return an item it is free for orders from The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France. If you choose to use a different courier than ours (DHL) and you do not use the enclosed return label, the return is your own responsibility as well as the costs you make for this. We will not refund these return costs.

 

• Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and The United Kingdom

You are responsible for the return and the return costs. We will not refund these costs. When you return your entire order your delivery costs will be refunded.

Can I return a sale Item for free?

• The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and France
Yes, if you are from The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria or France you can return a sale item for free. You need to comply with the return conditions. You have 30 days to see whether an item meets your wishes and to return an item. We will refund the money the same way as you have paid your order.

 

• Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom


You are responsible for the return and the return costs. We will not refund these costs. When you return your entire order your delivery costs will be refunded.

I have received a free promotional product with my order. Do I need to return this product?

If you have ordered a free promotional product along with you order, you need to return this item as well if your return order amount is below the order amount set for the promotion.  

 

For example: you have ordered a promotional product, which you will receive for free along with your order above €150,-. You return some items and your final order amount is €75,-. In this case, you need to return your promotional product as well, while you are no longer entitled to this product.

 

If you still wish to keep this product, we are forced to deduct the value of the product with your refund. 

Are my delivery costs being refunded when I return my order?

• The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and France

 

No shipping costs (delivery and return costs) are being charged. So delivery and returns are free.

 

However, if you decide to not use the return label enclosed in your order and choose to use a different carrier than DHL, you are responsible for any delivery costs. We do not reimburse these costs. If in the unfortunate case you did not receive a return label, or you lost it, please contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com.

 

• Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom

 

When you return your entire order your delivery costs will be refunded. If you decide to keep one or more items and you do not return the complete initial order, all shipping costs are for you. The return costs are your responsibility.

How many days of reflection time do I have?

You have 30 days to see whether an item meets your wishes. After you have received your order the 30 days reflection time starts. If an item does not meet your wishes, you can return an item to us, as long as you comply with the return conditions. 

When will I receive my refund?

When we have received your order at our warehouse, we shall check the returned item(s). When you have complied with the return conditions, we shall refund your money as soon as possible. This will happen in the same way as you have paid your initial order. We process returns on a daily basis, so this process will not take too long. Within a maximum of 14 working days we will have processed your return and refunded your money.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item due to technical reasons. Our customer service is also unable to exchange an item for you or make a new order for you. What you can do is go to our webshop (www.dstrezzed.com), choose the item you wish and make a new order. You can return the item that does not meet your wishes. We advise you to make the order as soon as possible, while it can happen that your item is no longer available. As soon as we have received your return to our warehouse, we will process this as soon as possible. After approval, we will refund your money in the same way as you have paid your initial order. If you return the entire order your delivery costs will be refunded as well. 

Can I return items from different orders in one box?

Yes, of course you can return items from different deliveries in one box. Just make sure that you hand in all the return forms from the different orders, so we know which items from which orders you would like to return. 

I did not receive a return label. What should I do now?

When returning an item from The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg or Austria: If you wish to return an item, but you have lost your return label, please contact us on our mail: webshop@dstrezzed.com. 

I have received a damaged item. What can I do now?

We are very sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. We try to prevent this from happening, by checking every product before sending. However, it is possible you receive a damaged product. If this is the case, we kindly ask you to contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com. Together we will make sure that you will get the best possible solution. If we deem the complaint to be correct, the faulty product(s) will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

I want to make a complaint about a product. How can I do this?

We always try to deliver products with the best quality possible. However, it can happen that you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. If this is the case and you would like to make a complaint, please contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com. 

 

If you have a complaint within 30 days after receiving your order and you have not worn the item yet? Please send the item back to us. This is free for the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, France, and Austria. Fill in the return form that was delivered with your order and write down your complaint.

 

If you are from one of the following countries and you would like to make a complaint: Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, please mail photos of the specific item and mail your complaint to webshop@dstrezzed.com. Please use your order number in your mail. You will receive a substantive response as soon as possible. We will look for a suitable solution together. If we deem the complaint to be correct, the faulty product(s) will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

 

If your complaint has arisen from wearing one of our items, please contact our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com. We always look at our guarantee, as described in our general conditions. 

What is the guarantee period of my order?

All purchases are protected by the legal guarantee. There is no time limit linked tot his legal guarantee, this differs per product. A product has to meet the expectations which you can expect from a specific product. If this is not the case, please contact us through our customer service: webshop@dstrezzed.com.

On what is the guarantee based?

The guarantee and guarantee period is based on our general conditions. The general conditions state that Dstrezzed guarantees that the products are in conformity with the Agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and with the existing statutory provisions and/or government regulations that are in force from the date of entering into the Agreement. The guarantee period starts from the date of purchase. 

What complaints will not be reimbursed?

Every complaint will be checked thoroughly, but the following faults will not be seen as complaints/defects:

 

• Normal wear and tear of an item,
• Wear and tear caused by not following the (washing)instructions and
• Damage due to other influences, like chemicals, sharp objects, etc.

 

We will also not reimburse any complaints about late deliveries or returns. 

 

Wear and tear is part of our products, while they are meant for normal daily use. However, with the best care, you can enjoy your item for a longer period of time. We advise you to follow the (washing)instructions shown on our product(s)(labels).

We always try to deliver the best service possible. However, there is always the possibility that you are not satisfied with our service. If so, you can contact us on our mail webshop@dstrezzed.com. We will respond with a substantive answer within two working days.

It is possible to change the password of your Dstrezzed account. Please log in and click on your account, which will take you to your account overview. After this, please click on 'change account'. Here you have the possibility to change your password.

I want to add or delete an address

Do you want to add an address or make an address changes within your account? This is possible. Please log in and click on your account, which will take you to your account overview. After this please click on 'address book', here you will find an overview of your addresses. You can add a new address or delete an existing address by clicking on the trash can.

Subscribe to our newsletter

There are two ways to sign up for our newsletter. The first option is: enter your details at the footer of the webshop. Or log in and click on your account, which will take you to your account overview. After this please click on 'change account', here you can select whether you want to receive the newsletter. You can only register once for our newsletter with the same e-mail address.

How do I unsubscribe me from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe yourself from our newsletter via the link in the newsletter (at the very bottom). Important: We advise you not to label the Dstrezzed newsletter as spam in your e-mail system. If you do this, it is possible that you will no longer receive other e-mails from us, such as order confirmations.

Remove my account

If you want to delete your account, you can request this via our customer service webshop@dstrezzed.com. We would like to receive an e-mail in which you give us your account information. This is the only way we can remove your Dstrezzed account from our system.

I received my parcel from courier DPD and I would like to return an item/items. What should I do now?

If you have received your parcel from courier DPD and you wish to make a return, you can make your own return label. Click on the following link: Submit your return parcel with DPD and fill in your personal details.

You will receive the return label as a PDF file. Print the file and stick the label on top of the box. Please make sure to remove old labels. On the label you will find the nearest DPD Parcel Point. If you wish a different DPD Parcel Point, you can look them up online!
We would like to receive the filled in return form and packing slip in the box, so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

When we receive your return, we will process the return as soon as possible. Once approved, we will refund the money to the account that was used to pay the order with.

 

If your parcel was delivered by DHL, you have received a return label inside the box. You can use this label to return your parcel.

Can I also return items in one of the Dstrezzed-stores?

Yes, you can also return items to our Dstrezzed-stores, as long as they comply with the return conditions. Please, do not forget to take the return form and packing slip with you. If you choose to use this service, we will refund the money in the same way as you have paid the initial order.
